Ah, great Irish weather. Climate change may be making our summer’s disconcertingly summery, but that does not mean you should throw away your umbrella yet. Whether it’s spring showers or warm sunshine, these are our favourite spring coats!
The love affair I’ve had with this lady is almost a decade old. Her bold lines, original designs have blown me away from the beginning. Her name is no less than Isabel De Pedro . A Spanish designer who designs with the female curve in mind.
The piece I had to have this season was her cream and black butterfly dress. It is stunning it has a zip all the way down, a little cap sleeve and most importantly pockets.
It can be worn with black tights or bare leg.
Also you can wear it with or without a leather bomber jacket.
It can be worn open over trousers or a skirt with a camisole once it’s cinched in at the waist with a belt.
It is the love of my life, as is the brand.
Every year she never fails to impress.

The third and final look is a work outfit which you can go out in by changing one piece in the outfit which in this case is a jacket.
I styled these amazing navy Lily trousers with the gorgeous sleeveless Marc Aurel cowel neck top and blue navy Lily biker mesh jacket which makes the outfit really interesting.
To take it into the night I changed the Lily jacket with this gorgeous stretchy lace Marc Aurel jacket and a gorgeous long silver necklace. They would look gorgeous in a patent stiletto or a metallic heel.
All of this can be found in our store or online, www.codonnell.ie , so do pop in or call us on 061 415932.
Let me know what you thought of this look.
We couldn’t help but admire her style and we don’t question why she would be Chanel’s muse. She is the epitome of style and we love her easy, yet classy and elegant, style. We love how she has that care free sense yet has that intrigue about her.
She makes us wish we were in Paris, France. We decided to take inspiration and help you steal her style with some of our Lily collection pieces. We chose the gorgeous mint Lily top which is gorgeous paired with the Almost Famous cream skinny jeans and our monochrome, leather trim detailed peplum jacket by Lily.
This look is made uber chic with adding a fedora, some Christian Louboutin heels and a Chanel bag.
So sadly this is our part III of our bright coloured trousers mini series and I hope you have enjoyed it and seen something you liked. Everything I’m wearing is in the shop. I love this look and I think it’s such a great spring/summer outfit.
The trousers are amazing, they let you add a bit of colour into your wardrobe without it being too much. It is perfect if you want to add a little colour into your wardrobe.
As mint is one of the key colours this season I, of course, fell in love with this Lily mint blazer. The sleeves are chiffon so it will be perfect when the days get warmer. I paired it with this cute top that is also from Lily and the beauty of this outfit is if you wanted to wear flats, you can.
Let me know what you think of this look? Hope you like it as much as I do. Don’t forget to check out our online store, we have more up this week!
So part II of my bright coloured trousers mini series. These are such amazing trousers and, with lilac or any pastel being on trend this season, these are a great choice to add to your wardrobe. I am in love with them and I know you will be too when you try them on.
I paired it with this, almost geometric, style Lily jacket which is stunning. I would wear something simple inside like a silk top or blouse that would be either a white or soft pink because with the trousers and the jacket you have enough.
What do you think of the outfit? Would you wear this?
